Preparing for a ChurchSuite Small Groups Sync

Jovo can be synced with ChurchSuite Small Groups to automatically create Jovo chat Groups for each group and ensure all group details and member lists remain in sync.
If your organisation is preparing to activate the sync function, below are a some steps your group leaders must take before the sync to make sure it is a success:
- Update your group members' email addresses: The new system will sync Jovo and ChurchSuite using members’ email addresses, so if you have not added email addresses for all your group members on ChurchSuite, please add any missing email addresses for your group on ChurchSuite.
- Let your group members know: Give your members a heads-up so they know to expect the Jovo invitation when sync is turned on. If you haven’t already, give a little context that Jovo is a tool to help people get and stay connected and in the loop within your organisation.
