Please note: We're currently in the process of updating our support content that reflects the latest branding and terminology. Until this work is completed, you may notice references to our former name and some terminology that has since been updated.
While the core functionality remains the same, certain labels and interface elements may differ slightly from the current version of the platform. Thank you for your understanding in the meantime.
Supercommunities allow administrators to send one-way messages to more than one Community at the same time, ideal for managing a large team with several sub-groups within it.
For example: If you run a musicians team that has separate chat Communities for your drummers, bassists, guitarists, and keys players, you might create an “All Musicians” Supercommunity to send information to all of these groups at once.
Important to Note: The only people who should be added as members of a Supercommunity should be people with posting permissions. You do not need to add individual sub-community members to a Supercommunity – they will automatically receive messages posted to the Supercommunity.
We’re here to help! If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
