Note: Supercommunities can only be created and managed via the admin website. In order to make changes to an Audience, you must either:
Log in to my.jovoapp.com/admin/, and in the left-hand menu, click “Groups”.
Select the Group that you would like to add as a “child” under your new Audience.
In the tabs across the top, select “Relationships”. This will display a list of all the existing child/parent relationships for that Group.
To add this Group as a “child” under your new Audience, click on the + sign in the top right of this screen.
In the new window that appears, click on the name of your new Audience. You will now see that your Audience is listed as a Parent in the “Relationships” tab.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each child Group you want to add to your new Audience.
