Jovo Group provide a way for you to centralise communication with the groups in your organisation. The different types of Groups are described below.
Open Groups
Public Groups function a bit like a news feed and can be used for one-way, top-down communication.
When these Groups are added to the Community Finder, anyone within your organisation will be able to find and join them without requiring an invitation.
Invite-Only Groups
Private Groups require an invitation from a Group Admin in order to join. These can be:
- One-way private Groups: Ideal for larger teams, one-way private Group are used for top-down communication. Only Group Owners and members with posting permission can send messages within these Groups.
- Conversation-enabled private Groups: All members can send messages and interact with each other.
