When you first download Jovo, you will be prompted to “Allow Notifications” from the app. You can always change your global notifications preferences for Jovo in your phone’s Settings app.
Within the Jovo app, you can then customise your notification preferences for each individual Community you belong to.
First, open the community for which you’d like to change the notification settings, and tap on the icon with 3 dots in the top right corner. In the bottom menu that appears, tap on the text that reads “Notifications turned on/off".
In the “Notifications Settings” menu that appears, you will be able to select from the following options:
Enable notifications:
Disable notifications:
