How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime from the admin panel. Alternatively, please email support@jovoapp.com and we’ll arrange to cancel your subscription.
How do you determine your pricing tier?
For churches and non-profits we monitor your account and will advise you one month in advance if you are likely to move up or down a tier and what impact this will have on your bill.
For businesses: We will charge for the number of users in your organization.
How does Jovo store and protect my data?
Jovo uses the same industry practices as tools such as Slack and Teams to keep your data secure. All data is encrypted in the databases and then transmitted and received from the mobile app.
