At Jovo, safety and transparency are core to how we build. That’s why we’ve introduced Safeguarding Logs, giving you a clear record of actions taken across your organisation’s communication spaces.
What are Safeguarding Logs?
Safeguarding Logs automatically record key events in your organisation, including:
- Posts being edited or deleted
- Users being removed
- Communities being archived or deleted
This helps ensure nothing happens unnoticed, even when changes are made behind the scenes.
Where to Find It
- Log in to the Admin Website
- Select Safeguarding in the left menu
- You’ll see a chronological list of actions taken across your organisation
Each log entry shows:
- What happened (e.g. post edited)
- The original content (if applicable)
- Who made the change and when
Example: Post Edit
In the video, Andy edits a post from “How’s everyone doing today?” to “How’s everyone doing this week?”. The safeguarding log records both versions, making it easy to see what changed and when.
Why It Matters
Whether you're responding to a safeguarding concern, conducting a review, or simply want better visibility, Safeguarding Logs give you the peace of mind that nothing is lost or hidden.
