Jovo Communities provide a way for you to centralise communication with the groups in your organisation. The different types of Communities are described below.
Public Communities function a bit like a news feed and can be used for one-way, top-down communication.
When these Communities are added to the Community Finder, anyone within your organisation will be able to find and join them without requiring an invitation.
Private Communities require an invitation from a Community Admin in order to join. These can be:
Supercommunities allow administrators to send one-way messages to more than one Community at the same time, ideal for managing a large team with several sub-groups within it.
