Audiences allow administrators to send one-way messages to more than one Group at the same time, ideal for managing a large team with several sub-groups within it.
For example: If you run a musicians' team that has separate chat Groups for your drummers, bassists, guitarists, and keyboard players, you might create an “All Musicians” Audience to send information to all of these groups at once.
Important to Note: The only people who should be added as members of an audience should be people with posting permissions. You do not need to add individual sub-community members to an Audience – they will automatically receive messages posted to the Audience.
