Edit or delete a Group within the app

Please note: Only a Group Owner can edit or delete that Group within the app. 

Open the Group you’d like to edit or delete, and tap on the 3 dot icon in the top right corner. In the bottom menu that appears, select the pencil symbol to access Group Settings. 

Editing the Group:
On the Group Settings screen, you’ll be able to edit the Group's: 

• Name and subtitle
• Description
• Photo
• Expiration settings
• History settings

Make any desired changes, and then tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. 

Deleting the Group: 
You can also delete the Group by tapping the red bin icon in the top right corner. Please note that once a Group is deleted, it cannot be recovered. 

Edit or delete a Group on the admin website

Please note: In order to edit or delete a Group using the admin portal, you must be one of the following: 

• Owner of that Group
• Organization Owner or Admin
• Area Owner or Admin

Log into your account on the jovoapp.com/admin portal.

 In the left-hand menu, click on “Groups”, and then choose the name of the Group you’d like to edit or delete. Next, select the “Details” tab in the top menu. 

Editing the Group:
On this screen, you’ll be able to edit the Group's: 

• Name and subtitle
• Description
• Photo
• Expiration settings
• History settings
• Invitation links and QR codes

Make any desired changes, and then tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.  

Deleting the Group:
You can also delete the Group by clicking on the bin icon in the top right corner of the page. Please note that once a Group is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
