Use the ChurchSuite integration to bring groups from different ChurchSuite sites into the correct areas in Jovo. This is useful for churches with multiple sites that want each site’s groups to appear in the right Jovo area.
Select the Jovo area where you want groups from a ChurchSuite site to appear. For example, you might choose an area for a specific site’s small groups.
Click Sync to create the connection. You can choose whether to include all groups or limit the sync by excluding specific groups or using group IDs.
Save the configuration. Jovo will then regularly sync groups from the selected ChurchSuite site into the chosen Jovo area.
If needed, repeat the process for each additional site. Select another Jovo area, choose the matching ChurchSuite site, and save the sync.
Groups sync automatically, but you can use Sync now if you want to pull changes through immediately.
Open the relevant area in Jovo and confirm that the ChurchSuite groups appear in the correct place.
You have connected ChurchSuite group data to the correct areas in Jovo. You can now manage groups by site and keep Jovo updated with the groups set up in ChurchSuite.
