Sync ChurchSuite Small Groups to Jovo Areas

Overview

Use the ChurchSuite integration to bring small groups from different ChurchSuite sites into the correct areas in Jovo. This is useful for churches with multiple sites that want each site’s small groups to appear in the right Jovo area.

Steps

1. Open the ChurchSuite integration

2. Choose the Jovo area

Select the Jovo area where you want small groups from a ChurchSuite site to appear.

3. Select the ChurchSuite site

‍

4. Create the small group sync

Click Sync to create the connection. You can choose whether to include all small groups or limit the sync by excluding specific small groups or using group IDs.

5. Save the sync settings

Save the configuration. Jovo will then regularly sync these small groups from the selected ChurchSuite site into the chosen Jovo area.

6. Add more site syncs if needed

If needed, repeat the process for each additional site. Select another Jovo area, choose the matching ChurchSuite site, and save the sync.

7. Run a manual sync when needed

Small groups sync automatically, but you can use Sync now if you want to pull changes through immediately.

8. Check the synced small groups

Open the relevant area in Jovo and confirm that the ChurchSuite small groups appear in the correct place.

Outcome

You have connected ChurchSuite small group data to the correct areas in Jovo. You can now manage them by site and keep Jovo updated with the small groups set up in ChurchSuite.
