Use tag invites to automatically invite people into selected groups based on the tags applied to their profiles. This is useful when you want people with a shared interest, such as baptism interest, to be invited into the right group for their site.
Before creating a tag invite, make sure the group you want to invite people into has already been set up in the relevant synced group area.
Go to the integration area and open the Tag Invites section.
Choose the site the invitation should apply to. This ensures people are invited into the correct site-specific group.
Select the tag that should trigger the invitation, such as a baptism interest tag.
Choose the group that people with this tag should be invited into.
Select one-time invitation if you only want to send the invite once.
Select continuous sync if you want Jovo to keep the group updated whenever the tag is added or removed from a person.
Review the preview to check who will be invited and confirm that the rule will affect the right people.
Create the invitation rule to send the invite and set up the sync.
You have created a tag invite rule that invites tagged people into the correct group for their site. You can now use tags to manage group invitations more easily and keep selected groups aligned with people’s interests or next steps.
