Once connected, your contacts are automatically synced into Jovo, making it easier to segment and communicate with the right audience.
Go to the Address Book in Jovo after setting up your ChurchSuite connection.
This is where all synced contacts are stored and managed.
Browse the list of contacts that have been imported from ChurchSuite.
If you don’t have access to certain sites, their contacts will not appear.
Select a specific site to narrow down your contact list.
This is useful if you manage multiple locations and want to focus on one group at a time.
Use tags to refine your contact list further.
The list will update to show only contacts with that tag applied.
You can now quickly find the right people, segment your audience more effectively, and take targeted actions based on your ChurchSuite data.
