The Insights page brings together the numbers that tell you how Jovo is being used across your account: how many groups and members you have, when people are active and what kinds of posts are being shared. It is written for admins who want a quick read on engagement without digging through individual groups. You will find it on the admin site rather than in the app. If you are new to the admin site, start with Welcome to the Jovo Admin Site.
1. Open Insights on the admin site
Sign in to the admin site and open the Insights page. Everything shown covers your whole account, so there is no need to pick a group first.
2. Start with your headline numbers
The top of the page shows your totals: the number of groups you have, how many members are in them, how many private groups exist and how many people sit inside those private groups. These give you a sense of scale before you look at anything else. For a reminder of how the group types differ, see What are the different types of Groups?
3. Look at activity over the last 90 days
Insights shows when people have been active across the past 90 days, including which days saw the most activity. You will also see how many messages your members received over that period. Read the two together, since a healthy message count paired with a handful of quiet days usually points to one busy group rather than broad activity.
4. Check the types of posts being sent
Activity is broken down by post type, so you can see what is coming from conversation groups alongside how many images, posts, events and polls have gone out. This tells you whether people are mostly chatting, or whether leaders are also using events and polls to draw people in. Conversation Group Features covers what those groups can do.
5. Track the weekly post count
The weekly post count shows how posting rises and falls week by week. When it feels like people have gone quiet, this is the fastest way to check whether that is actually the case and to spot the weeks where things tailed off.
What you can do next
You can now see how your groups are growing, when people are active and what people are posting, all from one page. From there it is easier to decide where to put your attention, whether that is a group that has gone quiet or a leader who would get more out of polls and events. Checking in every few weeks is usually enough to notice a pattern before it becomes a problem.
